The 30-day public comment period on OCR’s proposed 2021–22 and 2023–24 CRDCs closed on October 31, 2022, and OCR is currently working on addressing the public comments received. Based on the public’s feedback, OCR will prepare its final proposed 2021–22 and 2023–24 CRDCs and submit them to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
Once OMB approves the CRDCs, LEAs (districts) will be notified of the collection dates and the LEA and School forms will be made available. The collection dates, resources, and links to the LEA and School forms will also be on the CRDC Resource Center website here (https://crdc.communities.ed.gov/#program) as soon as they are made available.
