2021–22 Civil Rights Data Collection
On April 18, 2023, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved, without change, the U.S. Department of Education’s (Department) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) proposed Civil Rights Data Collections (CRDC) for the 2021–22 and 2023–24 school years.
