The purpose of this document is to: 1) provide clarification on the form instructions and definitions, 2) provide examples of how to report, with a focus on clarifying the difference between reporting students who received only one out-of-school suspension versus more than one out-of-school suspension, instances of suspension, and counting school days missed.
