CRDC provides valuable information about access to educational opportunities in our nation's public schools

Welcome to the Data Submission Resource Center

The 2023-24 CRDC data submission period is tentatively scheduled to open on December 9, 2024, and close on March 7, 2025. In the coming months, the CRDC Partner Support Center will provide updates about additional resources for the 2023-24 CRDC.

The Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) collects data from more than 115,000 public local educational agencies and schools, including juvenile justice facilities, charter schools, alternative schools, and schools serving only students with disabilities.

The collection helps the U.S. Department of Education better monitor key education and civil rights issues, including student enrollment and educational programs and services, disaggregated by factors such as race/ethnicity, sex, English Learner status, and disability status.
